We are passionate about working with you to improve your homes, services and neighbourhoods.
We have lots of different ways that you can get involved, from influencing the decisions we make to working in your community.
Getting involved is easy, open to all and can be done in any way you choose. We strongly believe that by working together we can really make a difference to your homes, services and your neighbourhoods.
We believe you should be able to choose the level of involvement that is right for you. So this means that you can have your say from the comfort of your own home, online or in person.
Our aims of resident involvement are:
- to build a relationship with you and be committed to you so that you can trust us in everything we do;
- to increase your satisfaction with your home, services and neighbourhoods by involving and listening to you and responding to what you tell us;
- to make sure you help us make a difference to residents' homes and lives.
We want you to become a Key Player. Our Key Players brochure tells you about all the different ways you can have your say - you can find out about the different levels and methods of involvement here. You can even register to become a Key Player online.
If you think you would like to become a key player and make a difference or find out more information about getting involved with us, please send us an e-mail or telephone a member of our Customer Engagement and Support team on 0161 219 7167, from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5pm. We will be happy to send you a copy of the brochure which will tell how to register with us. You then decide how you would like to get involved.
