From 1st April 2011 you'll need an annual permit to store your mobility scooter on our property.
Why do I need a permit?
We'll need to consider if your scooter can be safely stored and to be sure it doesn't pose a fire or health and safety risk either to you or other residents.
How do I get one?
It's easy to get a permit - just give one of our Customer Service Advisors a call on 0845 605 9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year and they'll send you a short application form.
Will I have to pay for the permit?
The permits are free and will be renewed annually. We'll need to make sure that your scooter is regularly seviced and that you have insurance to cover accidents, damage to property and others.
