Launching our Resident Involvement and Community Investment Strategy

We are pleased to announce the launch of our Resident Involvement and Community Investment Strategy for 2010-2012. This replaces the old ‘Grass Roots Governance’ strategy.

This document explains how we plan to further consult with and involve our customers over the next two years, using their feedback and priorities to improve our services for all.
