Request a Rent statement

Thank you for requesting a balance of your rent account. The payment of rent is very important to Guinness Northern Counties. It allows us to repair and improve the homes you live in and continue to provide services to you.

Your rent account is personal to you. The information on your rent statement is very confidential to Guinness Northern Counties. To protect our service to you the statement that is requested will only be sent to the current contact address we have listed.

You will not be able to ask that the statement be sent to a different address through this web-site. To change your contact address for letters, statements, or other material such as newsletters that we send to you, please contact your local Guinness Northern Counties office.  Once you’re ready to request a statement of your account please make sure that in the "Comments" box you tell us the following information:

  • Your Name and Address
  • Your Rent Account Number (we do not have to have this to process your request)
  • The date you would like the rent statement to be run from. We will assume that you would like to see the balances on your account from the most recent date we have available unless you tell us otherwise.

When you click the "Submit" button at the end of the form you will see an acknowledgement so that you can be sure we have received it. We will make sure your request is handled within five working days.

Please remember that this is an additional service - you can still request a rent statement in the usual way.
