Recently married, Mr and Mrs Wood were renting a property in the Droylsden area when their landlady decided to sell up. Mrs Wood explains: “We decided to contact Northern Counties to see if they could help us. We mentioned that we would be particularly interested in any properties which might come available on the road where my brother-in-law lives. Within three weeks a house had come up on that very road. We were so lucky that this house came free – the timing could not have been better!”
