We are holding our next Homeowners Open Day on Tuesday 19th July in Manchester ath the City of Manchester Stadium.  All our Leaseholders are invited - if you're interested in attending, here is the agenda for the day:

1pm to 1.55pm       Registration (tea and coffee will be served and there will be time to collect your travel expenses, arrange surgery appointments and book on the workshops as well as visit our stands).

2pm                      Welcome by Ann Faulkner, our Leasehold Business Manager

2.15pm                 Talk by Ian Simpson, Director of Housing Management

2.55pm                 “Lessees rights or wrongs” – talk by John Mills, Association of Retirement Housing Managers

3.35pm                  Refreshments

3.50pm                  Workshops and surgeries

4.50pm                  Evening buffet (again, there will be time to collect your expenses, arrange surgery appointments and book on the workshops).

5.50pm                  Workshops and surgeries

6.45pm                  Ann Faulkner will be presenting prizes

7pm                      Close
