Customer Charter
Northern Counties raises the standard
In September we released our Customer Charter listing our service standards
 
 

As a Northern Counties resident we will provide you with a high quality home and excellent services to match. Your customer charter lists our service standards, for example it advises how long it will take to answer a letter or email from you; it tells you our targets for answering your telephone call and dealing with your query at first point of contact. You can also find information about:

  • customer services;
  • ways to pay your rent;
  • repairs and maintenance;
  • estate services;
  • community safety;
  • letting our homes;
  • getting involved and making a difference;
  • complaints compensation and compensation and getting in touch.
