City Response Limited is an independent commercial organisation operating throughout a large part of Guinness Northern Counties’ geographical area.

City Response is individually staffed within their own independent offices.

They maintain properties for Guinness Northern Counties as well as for other housing associations and compete with private sector organisations. 

Their principal aims are to provide an excellent repairs service to residents of Guinness Northern Counties and those of other clients.  City Response has apprentice training programmes.
