The story so far:-

Joined the Guinness Northern Counties Board in December 2005.

What he does outside of Guinness Northern Counties:

Tony is a qualified Accountant by profession and is now a partner in a training company.  Tony was Finance Director of City College Manchester, the largest Further Education business in the UK, a position he held for nine years. 

Before joining City College, Tony worked in the private sector for Lex Service in roles covering finance, commercial and corporate sales.  He also has had a short stint in managing one of Lex’s large rover car dealership based in Blackburn.

Other Roles and Responsibilities:

Tony is also a member of the Group Audit & Risk Committee, the Guinness Northern Counties Audit Committee and the West Regional Committee.  Tony does a lot of voluntary work.  He is a treasurer of a local charity – an education trust – and is Finance Director and Deputy Chair of Carriocca Enterprises, a company which manages two large enterprise parks in Manchester providing competitively priced work and support services for developing businesses.
