Once you have been offered a position with us we really want to ensure you feel part of the team straight away.
Before your start date we make sure that we remain in contact with you by sending you information such as a Staff Handbook and any relevant information for your new role.
Your first day and first week
To help you feel at ease on your first day we aim to create a warm welcome for you. This includes:
Ø An induction with your Line Manager which includes a structure of what we have planned for you for the next couple of weeks, and which will ease you in slowly and comfortably.
Ø Introduction to your team members and people you will be working with. You will also job shadow colleagues within your first couple of weeks to learn and understand their jobs.
Ø Tour of the building to show you all the amenities.
Ø An induction on the IT systems and on the intranet.
Ø Attend our Corporate Induction which is a great opportunity to meet other new people and learn about us.
Ø Over the next months you will also attend a number of courses which you and your Line Manager would have identified. This again will help ease you into your role.
Different teams choose different ways to welcome their new colleagues - but whichever part of the business you join, we'll do all we can to help you settle in and feel part of the team!
